Effective support is something that we take very seriously. You can have the best product in the world but if it’s not properly supported it’s useless. We know from our member’s experience that there are going to be questions that you will need answers to. They maybe technical about the actual systems / software or they might be more general and strategic in nature relating to an issue you have with your tennis operation. Whatever the question, our team will come back to you with an answer within 24 hours. More often than not it may well be within a couple of hours or perhaps even a couple of minutes if you’re lucky. | What am I risking here? |
| Very little.
In terms of financial risk, there is none in the first 30 days and after that there is only the current month’s charge that you have already paid. In terms of operational risk it’s minimal but largely rests on the efforts you put in. You can be confident that the systems and support that are in place have been developed over many years, are proven and continue to develop and improve. In fact, we would argue the biggest risk you have is that you don’t implement our systems and therefore fail to receive the benefits that will flow if you did. Like anything though, returns are based on the amount of work that you put into it. Our systems are mostly about automation but before that happens you have to do the ground work. In other words you need to put the time and effort into making sure that your website is populated with all your offerings, your current database is entered, your payment systems are linked, etc. We will help you through the set up to make sure you are up and running with a good understanding of the systems so you can start reaping the benefits immediately.

| Do I have to lock into a contract? |
| No, you definitely do not.
We do not believe in contracts. We believe that the product should only be paid for if you are using it. For that reason you can come and go as you please. Just as we have tried to introduce flexibility into the solutions by only purchasing the products that you need, we have also made it easy for you to leave if you feel you’re no longer getting enough value from our systems. Payments are kept monthly for two reasons. The first one is that it makes it easier for your budgeting and cash flow. The second reason is that you never have any more commitment beyond the month that you are currently using our system. |

| What is my investment? |
| The short answer to this is that it depends on which product solutions you decide on.
They vary in price from $29 to $97 per product per month. All products come with free tennisboost membership giving you access to our marketing library and other member benefits. Understandably it’s all too easy to focus on the purchase cost of these solutions, however the real cost is what it costs you in not using these products. The extra wages paid, the reduced income opportunities, the extra stress, etc. is the real issue to be considered here. Another way of looking at it is that for the cost of between one and possibly four lessons per month you have a complete system for running your tennis centre. |

| There are currently six different product options you can get. there might be just one that you need or you might a couple or all six. It totally depends on what you need and that is all you pay for.
The Website product is for those who don’t have one or are not happy with the one they have. We have a templated process that integrates with our product solutions but if you have a website you are happy with then you can keep yours and just add the other products you need. The next one is the Events Manager. This very popular solution addresses all your event entries, manages your coaching classes and camps and accepts all your payments. Then there is the Court Booking Manager. This product accepts and automates all your court bookings and runs 24/7. With some add-ons it can also work your gates remotely so you don’t need to be there and it can also turn your lights on and off increasing security and saving money on lighting. Running comps can be a challenge, particularly trying to find reserves at short notice. The Instacomp solution fixes this so that reserves are never needed and it also increases player engagement over a range of interesting and popular formats. Member Manager will take away all the hassles associated with subscription renewals and keeping track of current and financial members so that playing rights are properly administered and family discounts are correctly applied. In addition, as soon as you purchase a Tennisboost product you become a Tennisboost member. You then have free access to the Tennisboost library which contains various marketing templates and How to’s… This ever expanding range includes such things as ‘how to run a great camp’, ‘how to get sponsors’ and so on. It even has ad layouts and example letters to follow. Successful use of this library alone will pay for your monthly investment many times over.
